Returns If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, please contact us (within 30 days of your original purchase shipping date) at sales@essentialgear.com, or call us at 1-800-582-3861 to arrange for the return/replacement of your purchase. WeÕll need the order number, product and quantity purchased, and a brief description of the problem. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#), and directions for returning the product to us. If you changed your mind about the product, just contact us (within 30 days of your original purchase shipping date) to sales@essentialgear.com or call us at 1-800-582-3861 to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will fully refund you (shipping not included), provided purchases are received back in their original packaging, and provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition.
